"I heard back from the team within 12 hours"

About: Children, Young People and Families and Specialist Primary Care / Infant Feeding

(as a service user),

I reached out to the breastfeeding support team after suffering from sore nipples and struggling with my baby’s latch.

I heard back from the team within 12 hours and they offered a home visit that same day. The breastfeeding support worker was really great and gave practical tips which made a difference straight away.

She also rang me again a few days later and offered another visit if need be. The service was really great and saved my breastfeeding journey.

Options going forward have also been made clear to me if I have any more struggles including the multiple drop in sessions throughout Worcestershire.

Hello & thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your experience with the Infant Feeding Team.

It's lovely to hear that one of our team members made a difference to your breastfeeding journey & that you know where else to get support if you need it going forward.

Best wishes,

Lynn
