"Short and sweet upper gastric appointment"

About: Exeter Community Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I was running late for my appointment I'd rung ahead to explain as there were many road closures and traffic was gridlock. They were hugely understanding on the phone and very polite which made me feel at ease and respected. I was 7 minutes late to my appointment in the end which meant I had to run across the car park so when I got there I was a little bit out of breath.

Everyone that I spoke to were so lovely polite even had a giggle which made me feel comfortable. It was one of the nicest experiences I've had from a hospital. I was respected, spoken to and treated lovely. I was in and out in no time.

Hi Spider666

Many thanks for you kind feedback.

Well done on being only 7 minutes late on that day-the traffic was terrible!

We will always try to be accommodating, and glad you got here and had a good appointment with us.

I will pass your feedback to the team who always really appreciate it.

I hope your next visit will be less stressful to get to.

Best wishes

Megan Freeman, Sister, GOPD Budlake
