The staff were friendly, helpful, caring and professional throughout. Everything was explained carefully and I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is always good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to read that you thought that the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and professional throughout, and that everything was explained carefully and you had plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Clinical Head of Division and the Head of Nursing for Surgery and Theatres who will share your comments with the staff involved.
