About New Collegiate GP Practice Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with how my recent appointment was handled. I had booked my smear test a month in advance. On the day of the appointment, I was delayed by just 10 minutes due to traffic—something that never usually happens to me, as I am always punctual  and end up waiting 20 or even 30 minutes myself.

Despite this minor delay, I found that when I arrived, I was told I was late and offered only same-day rebooking options at inconvenient times, even though I had waited a month for this appointment and I left without being checked. I feel that this could have been handled more considerately.
