"All the staff are always so lovely"

My mum is a patient of Lianne in Gynaecology.  I can say previous experiences have been very challenging due to the stress of the known discomfort and pain but also providing a calm, caring and reassuring environment.  Lianne is so lovely and respectful with my mum and truly knows the importance of what we should all expect from the nursing profession in a perfect bedside manner.  She is also excellent at what she does, for the first time in many years this procedure is not a worry to my mum, she feels safe with Lianne as Lianne keeps her reassured throughout the procedure and knows when to expect each part of the procedure.  We leave the appointment smiling which is a testament to Lianne.  I cannot be more grateful to Lianne and her colleagues, all the staff are always so lovely.
