"Made me feel safe and welcome"

About: RNI Community Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

RJ has given me my testosterone injection recently, as well as taken my blood for tests and given me the new dose of my hepatitis vaccine. They were extremely professional and made me feel safe and welcome, and asked for help when they had doubts in the right vaccine I needed and the new way to inject testosterone.

The other doctor, Tina, was very welcoming and professional as well, and explained to me exactly what was going to happen, as well as skilfully guiding RJ in the hand placement for the new method of injecting the HRT safely.
