"Appreciative that they came to me"

About: Wessex Clinical Van

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been seen by the Clinical van twice now, once to do a blood test and once to do a scan of my liver. Both times she came to me, where I was working as a taxi driver so that I did not have to lose time from work. I really appreciated this.
