About: The Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Pre Assessment

(as the patient),

A phone call was scheduled previously with the Endoscopy pre-assessment department. Received the call at the time scheduled and spoke with a nurse Susan ,  She explained everything very well regarding the process and checked medications I was on and any that I would need to stop on the day of the procedure.  Was sent a letter the following day with all details we had discussed plus the oral solution I needed to take prior to attending the appointment. Very good service and communication by Susan  So all good from me, thank you.
