About: Community Services / North Lincs Primary Care Network

(as the patient),

My medication stopped working and i was very mentally ill so was referred to SMI Team i think.

Took over 6 weeks to have phone consultation which was a bit long but finally got my meds reviewed and put on better ones and now feel better.

Hello pelicannc85

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review of the medication pathway within the primary care network.

I am sorry that you had to wait 6 weeks for a telephone consultation to review your medication, we have been working really hard to improve our waiting times and I am pleased to share that the current wait is 3 weeks. I do acknowledge that this wasn't the case for you and again I am sorry.

I am pleased that following the appointment you are feeling better.

Best wishes

Charlotte
