"Great support for self-care"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Today I met with Louise, Clinical Nurae Specialist in Ophalmics. 

This was my second episode of Uveitis. 

Louise was thorough, friendly and a good listener. She praised my attempts at self-management and encouraged me to make a plan for accessing early treatment for future possible episodes. She worked with me to establish what would work for me. 

Everyone I have met within the Eye Clinic has been unfailingly considerate and professional but Louise can really carry the High Standard banner.
