Was seen by Sylvia. She was lovely. Explained the whole thing with ease. I had to bring my 2 young children as I had no babysitter and she was great with them too. I was actually early for my appointment as I got the time wrong and they took me anyway. I appreciate this as my 2 children wouldn't have been able to wait about for long so this was extremely helpful of her.
