"It was a very positive experience"

I got an emergency appointment through tower family healthcare for my daughter who was unwell. We were seen by the practice paramedic who was a delight. She was very thorough in her practice checking everything and her manner with my daughter was so lovely. She is only 6 but she really listened to us and took my daughter’s feelings/ what she had to say into account which I really respected.

The outcome of the appointment and the treatment we received was of a very high and professional level. I left the doctors feeling really greatful the nhs has members of staff like Claire and it was a very positive experience
