"Amazing staff saving the day"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Outpatients Department

(as a service user),

As someone with a severe phobia of needles, having to get my blood tested today is easily the most traumatic thing I've had to do in a long time.

Thankfully the amazingly patient and talented staff Kirstin and Ashleigh really went above and beyond and showed such kindness and skill to finally get me to do it!
