"Excellent care received"

My elderly father received care from this service recently and I wanted to share our experience. The team were excellent in every aspect of his care, from initial contact, timely response, professionalism, communication and overall support. This really is the NHS at its very best.

Despite my Father's level of frailty since being at end of life stage, I observed the nurse and doctor taking the time to  communicate with him and try to help him understand everything that was happening. The kindness and consideration shown for my Father and to us as a family was so comforting at a very difficult time. 

This service is truly invaluable and a credit to all the staff at the Southern Trust who work so hard to deliver such a high standard of care to the most vulnerable. Thank you to you all!
