Was treated extremely well by all staff at Hairmyres rapid access team at Urology. 

100% professionalism shown from beginning to end of my appointment. 
Excellent professional, compassionate and efficient team including Sameh-urologist, John, Nicole, Lynne and STN Emily.

NHS Lanarkshire should be very proud of this team.
