"Disappointed with the current state"

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Treatment Room Service

(as a service user),

I’m very disappointed with the current state of the treatment room at Omagh Hospital. It’s extremely difficult to get through on the phone, often no one answers despite repeated attempts. When you do manage to attend, it’s clear that the staff are completely overworked and stretched far too thin.

The nurses and healthcare staff themselves are doing their best, but they seem exhausted and unable to give patients the time and attention they deserve because there simply aren’t enough of them to cope with the demand.

Urgent patients are being sent back to their GPs, waiting times are unacceptable, and the overall experience feels chaotic and unsafe.

This situation needs urgent attention, for the sake of both the hardworking staff and the people who rely on this essential service.
