I have had 3 sessions of hydro so far and they have been amazing. I feel comfortable in all my sessions and it’s very welcoming. The staff have been amazing and I look forward to each session.

One thing that has bothered me is that on my most recent visit a member of the public walked in! They didn’t even have an appt with the hydro team and it felt uncomfortable that anyone can just open the back door. Staff handled it really well but it wasn’t great for me as I was in the pool doing exercises and they saw me.

Thank you very much for taking the time to feedback following your recent hydrotherapy appointment. I am delighted to read that you are reaping the benefits of hydrotherapy and you are made to feel welcome and comfortable.

However I am concerned to hear that other visitors are able to walk into the hydrotherapy area whilst a session is taking place; please accept our apologies for this. I have passed your feedback to the hydrotherapy team and asked what we can put into place to prevent this happening again.
