(as the patient),

Had my first appointment at Cowdenbeath surgery after only just moving here over 4 months ago. I had been in to see the doctor and was asked to make a further appointment with the nurse. Whilst at reception ready to make an other appointment the nurse was standing and offered to take me there and then. She took me straight through to her room and done what was requested. This saved me having to take more time off work I was ever so grateful. If I remember correctly her name is Danielle? What a lovely, polite and helpful nurse, Thankyou
