I have been consistently denied GP appointments even if I am first in the queue when calling at 8 am, this is due to some kind of priority system GP (Kings Family Practice at Chatham) follows where patient care navigator signpost me wrongly to econsult or pharmacy which simply are unable to provide me any recourse to a doctor's appointment needed to carry out some diagnostics of the issue I have been facing for several months now. In my experience, this GP operates inefficiently and I would say ineffectively as it can not even offer an appointment to people for months. 
I believe that Kings Family Practice is a GP service that is denying fundamental right to health check and health care, a principle guaranteed by the NHS Constitution. This right is reinforced by the Human Rights Act 1998, which obliges the NHS to respect human rights like dignity and equality. Their system is such as they are prioritising giving appointment, which is essentially a discrimination as I have not received any appointment from the GP for the last so many months now. 
The management systems and staff at GP service want respectful behaviour from patients but do not any sympathies or respect for the patient rights. After having filled the form many times on their e-consult system, it simply says rudely that you take care of your health needs yourself. I wonder why we pay such heavy national insurances to the Government when the basic health care right is not being met. 
In my view, we need a mass campaign against discriminatory and inefficient GP services with the intent that the UK health services achieve the global health services model that it once was.
