Attended the children’s eye clinic in the royal hospital and the staff here are exceptional. I wanted to make a post about the member of staff Maria.
She went above and beyond for all children there this morning but my own experience with my daughter was great. Made her comfortable and got her, her favourite toys, colouring and came and checked throughout the visit. Went over and above and is outstanding at her job. Really reminded me of Miss Rachel!
