As a result of the fantastic help and support received from Josie I have stopped smoking and as a result of this, and money saved I have been able to cut my working hours.

I am the Smoking Cessation Team Coordinator. It is my responsibility to coordinate the delivery of the WHSCT smoking Cessation service within the Western trust, education and community settings.

You are a credit to yourself as quitting smoking is not an easy Journey.
