"Her bedside manner was second to none"

About: Fife Community Services / Podiatry

(as a relative),

Towards the end of September and in early October my nephew had Appointments at the Podiatry Clinic, Queen Margaret Hospital. Dunfermline.

My nephew and I were met by a lady called Hiba.

From the word go she was so professional. Her bedside manner was second to none she told him what was wrong with his big toe in terms that we both understood then carried out a procedure to help with his ingrown infected very sore toe.

Our treatment from this lady wasn't gushing but very calm. I so wish there were more Hiba's she's an asset to her department and the N.H.S.

Thank you.

Thank you Catherinegilh128 so much for taking the time to share your experience at the Podiatry Clinic at Queen Margaret Hospital. I am delighted to hear that your nephew received such compassionate and professional care from Hiba.

Your words truly capture the qualities valued in our staff—calm, clear communication, and skilled treatment delivered with empathy. We're proud to have Hiba as part of our team, and your feedback will be shared with her and the wider department. It means a great deal to know her care made such a positive impact.

Wishing your nephew a smooth and speedy recovery.

Kind Regards

Moira
