"They all supported me amazingly well"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU) Ninewells Hospital / Infectious Diseases (Ward 42)

(as the patient),

I was sent to AMU recently for investigation when I felt unwell. The staff were very helpful & professional despite me being an out of character grumpy mare ! ( which I do apologise for & can only blame the illness and lack of sleep).

The next day I was admitted to AMU ward where in was assessed and treated with great kindness by Callum & his team. I was later admitted to ward 42 & have to thank all staff (special mention to Louise my night guardian who I think I was driving bats, but she never said - out loud 😊).

The doctors, consultants, all nursing staff & support staff ( including house management) were kind, friendly & helpful. I was initially quite scared TBH, but they all supported me amazingly well.

Dear October4,

Thank you for your kind feedback - it sounds like you had quite a time whilst in hospital. Hopefully you are on the mend now and resting at home.
