"A&E admission"

A&E could really benefit from some infographic signage to illustrate the process within the department. I.e. 1st stage OBS , 2nd stage Dr etc.

After being there 13 hours before getting admitted I was able to ascertain the process but this was a massive aspect behind the frustration of patients as it's a slightly different system and no one knew, which results in the hard working staff of the department receiving frustrated patients.

Some easy to understand infographics could easily mitigate that and help reveal some of the unknown which many people find difficult.
