(as a service user),

I received a few sessions of support from Jonnie at PSL during a very difficult time when my adult son was using drugs.

Being able to share details with somebody who understood the situation was so helpful as I was feeling very isolated and anxious and not able to share with many people.

Over the sessions I was able to get a better understanding of how to look after myself whilst supporting my son and keeping our relationship going.

I am so grateful for your work. Thank you!

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support, and it’s wonderful to hear that you felt understood and were able to find ways to care for yourself while supporting your son.
