I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Collings at the Kennet & Avon Medical Partnership in Marlborough for the exceptional care and concern she has shown me. She immediately recognised the severity of my condition and has gone above and beyond to make sure I am safe and well.
In a time when GPs often receive criticism due to overwhelming workloads and increasing pressures, Dr Collings has been the absolute opposite of that stereotype. She gave me her time, listened attentively, and treated me with genuine respect, compassion, and professionalism. I truly felt heard and supported!
