I have visited this hospital frequently over the last 12 years and have been well looked after by all members of staff, but most recently I have attended the day hospital for the elderly.
I did have difficulty finding this department as it is not well sign posted.The staff were very kind and treated me as an individual. The nurse checked all my details and my temperature, BP , and my weight. I then saw the consultant who discussed my problems and gave me a very thorough examination.
I then had bloods taken and was sent for a chest X-ray. I was treated very much as an individual.
I have also attended the cardiology department annually ,except during the covid outbreak, and was always very well treated and looked after by all staff.
I have had cataract surgery , and have attended various departments for investigations.
Overall I have always been well looked after.
The biggest problem is trying to find a parking space!
