"Dental care"

I had been suffering from a broken wisdom tooth for weeks. Having just moved to Perth and not yet registered with a dentist, I contacted Broxden as advised. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant at first — my past experiences with emergency dental practices haven’t always been great.

However, I was seen by Laura and the dental nurse Hazel, and they completely changed my view. Even when the X-ray machine was down, both Laura and Hazel remained calm, reassuring, and focused on making sure my dental problem was resolved.

Laura talked me through every step of the extraction, explaining what she was doing and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Hazel noticed how nervous I was and kindly held my hand during the procedure — such a small gesture, but it meant a lot.

I’ve honestly never experienced such empathy and professionalism from NHS staff. Both Laura and Hazel went above and beyond to not only relieve my pain but also treat me with genuine care and humanity. I’m so grateful for their kindness and the excellent treatment I received.
