(as a service user),

The clinician explained everything that would happen in the balance testing clearly and I felt confident, I could stop at anytime, they answered all questions asked throughout the testing. They explained the results and next steps, explaining the exercises that will help. I left feeling heard and validated, hopeful for improvement and know I will be contacted for a follow up.
