I had a weekend appointment with the endoscopy unit in Ninewells hospital for two procedures to be carried out. The staff were amazing and made me feel at ease although I suffer anxiety.. all staff and the endoscopist were very good explained everything and the staff in recovery were really nice. It was a positive experience. I felt at ease although it wasn’t pleasant having them done. I was just glad to get answers.
