"They made me feel at ease"

About: Woodland View / Alcohol and Drug Residential Service (Ward 5)

(as a service user),

My experience so far has been outstanding as I'm in for self inflicting injuries such as addiction, but the ladies of the ward have made me feel at ease and unjudged especially staff nurse Megan, she has been amazing, compassionate towards me in which it has made me feel like any other patient, so thanks Megan

Many thanks for sending in this information and taking the time to complement the Ward team and the staff member in particular. I will ensure that this information is passed on to the Ward Senior Charge Nurse. I hope you continue to receive the support you require and wish you well in your recovery journey.
