I have had a few health issues over the years no more so than the last few months, and more recently.
A wee shout-out to some individuals at the NHS and service - from my GP surgery, the Barns Medical Practice in Ayr in my opinion are absolutely amazing, and 1st class practice that always treats you with respect, dignity and superb care,
I have unfortunately had the need to contact the 111 service and on-call doctor at Ayr Hospital. I'd like to thank Dr Kahn for seeing me, he had obviously did his home work on me prior to my visit, and understood my situation/needs he made me feel extremely comfortable and I'm sure he dropped my stress levels substantially. Also the team that took my call were very articulate.
And finally over the years I've had many prostate and bladder issues that are still ongoing. I used to have a urology consultant Mr. Guran, whom I thought the world of, always very helpful for the last 2/3 years I've been assigned to the continence team and mainly Louise, whom I think does an amazing job, also at the end of the phone whenever I call for advice with hesitation Louise calls me back and gives me that bit of comfort.
I'd just like to say thanks to all the NHS for doing an amazing job.
"Thanks for doing an amazing job"
