"Keep up the good work"

About: NHS Lanarkshire / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

On a recent Friday I went to Eddlewood Community Hall in Hamilton to get my flu and covid vaccine. After the injections I was asked to sit for fifteen minutes before I could drive. In that fifteen minutes I watch the staff deal with other patients who had come for their jags.

It was a delight. The team worked like a team and the whole process was so efficient and worked like clockwork. They were very busy, busier than I have seen it in quite a few years but busy or not, each member of the team had time for a kind word and a smile. Well done Eddlewood vaccine team, keep up the good work.

Dear Anntom,

Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback about your recent vaccination experience at Eddlewood Community Hall.

I am delighted to hear that you found the process efficient and well organised, and that the team’s kindness and professionalism stood out even during a particularly busy clinic. Our staff work hard to make sure everyone feels safe, supported, and well cared for, so it’s wonderful to see their efforts recognised.

Your feedback will be shared with the Eddlewood vaccination team.

Kind Regards

Tobias Tipper, General Manager
