My father suffered a stroke and spent time in rehab unit in Causewsy hospital. He was discharged under the care of the community stroke team. The care my father received from this multi disciplinary team was excellent. The different disciplines made such an impact on the recovery of my father and each fully supported him to stay at home. It really supported him to have a better quality of life after the stroke and I am so thankful for the support.
