Attended ED and was seen within an hour. The staff from the front desk, the X-ray unit and the nurse assessing me were incredible. The nurse that assessed me, Gaynor, was outstanding. Extremely kind, patient and caring. She is an absolute credit to the NHS and I would like my sincere thanks and gratitude to be passed on to her.
