"Shocking ambulance service"

About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My father is in his 80s and passed out on the floor reason unknown. It took an ambulance over 3 hours to arrive so was left on the floor as I was told not to move him, this is shocking how are elderly people are treated all they said was to keep a check on him like I'm qualified as a ambulance crew

I am very sorry to hear that your father waited for over 3 hours for an ambulance.

Please send the name of the patient, the full address that we attended, the date we attended, with details of your complaint to:

pet@secamb.nhs.uk

Your complaint will then be looked into by one of the PALs officers.

Once again I am very sorry for your experience.

Kind regards

Sandra
