(as a relative),

Huge thanks to the staff of Monklands ED especially nurses Nancy and Monica and the CSWs (sorry didn’t catch all the names) for looking after our 85 yr old mum during a very long wait in a very busy department recently. Your care and kindness meant a lot.

Many thanks for taking the time to post this lovely feedback, it is greatly appreciated. I am so pleased you felt the the team provided care & kindness to your mum in the A&E department, in what must have been a distressing time for you both.
