"Member of staff"

About: New Cross Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I was in Wolverhampton hospital a year ago now, after that I promise myself never to go back especially after the staff they employ. Some of the treatment I encountered I found was racist and cruel. From my experience, the way they would treat white patients compared to non-white patients was absolutely atrocious. Also the way ward staff acted as if they knew more than other members of clinical staff was ridiculous.
