"What a team"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

After a nasty fall I was seen at the Emergency Department at Forth Valley, the

care I received was absolutely outstanding. The staff were caring, considerate, funny and put me completely at ease. The staff in ED work under extremes pressures but still make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you and their experience really shows tending to my broken arm.

The staff at the reception desk (2 David’s), Dr Smith, Karen and Dr Katai were just amazing. FV should be very proud to have them all, what a team! Thank you so very much.

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback.

I’m really sorry to hear about your fall, but I’m so pleased we were able to help and that your experience in the Emergency Department was a positive one.

It means a lot to hear that you felt cared for, reassured, and even had a few laughs during what must have been a painful and stressful time.

I’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to Dr Smith, Karen, Dr Katai, and the two David's at reception—they’ll be delighted to know they made a difference.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your story. Wishing you a smooth and speedy recovery from your broken arm.

Best wishes

Tracey
