"Spasticity clinic visit"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

Attended spasticity clinic at Lincoln County Hospital and saw Dr Kirkland and physio Laura. I last had an appointment and Botox injections 2 years ago and had heard nothing since. No review had taken place since the injections and I had very low expectations. These people dispelled this immediately, they were incredibly friendly and professional and were properly interested in my situation. They listened to me and answered all my questions and actively invited them. An assessment was made and treatment discussed, agreed and injections all given during the same appointment. Everything I could ask for. Thank you.

Dear Choccy

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the delay between your appointments, I can give you assurance that a lot of work has been put into ensuring that this will not be the case in the future. It is great to hear that your experience during your appointment was a positive one and we will ensure that this is fed back to those involved.

Kind regards,

Sean.
