I was referred to medway rheumatology on an urgent referral after a positive anca test. Doctor suspects vasculitis. I rang after 6 weeks to be told a years wait for an urgent appointment. My GP wrote again to ask them to see me earlier as its affecting my quality of life, it's now October and still nothing.
