Attended SCH Dermatology Department for a minor surgical procedure (lesion extraction). Staff Nurse David and Nurse Vicki treated me professionally and put me at ease. They were friendly, caring and re-assuring and obviously very good at their jobs. What could have been a traumatic event for me (80 years old), turned out to be easy to cope with.
