I take care of my elderly mother from a distance! A very long distance actually as I am in Canada. 

I have cameras on my mother and watch her day and night and sleep with ear buds in for any calls I might get on her behalf. 

My mother slipped off her bed and the urgent community response team kicked into high gear. The level of expertise, professionalism and efficiency is truly incredible. The care continued with my mother until she was released from their care. They managed to obtain mobility devices and a hospital bed and have assisted with the ability to obtain live in care. 

I cannot thank this team enough. We could use this team in Canada. I am more than thankful and impressed. Care like this is priceless.
