About: The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

The care I received at the Lawson Practice was poor and negligent. I found many of the staff condescending and disinterested, bar a few nurses and doctors.

I have tried to move GPs but it is difficult due to not being within their catchment area.

It feels like they do not prioritise patients but purely numbers.
