"Booking a blood test using Swiftqueue"

I am very concerned for patients who are not IT Savy trying to use the Swiftqueue system to book a blood test which we now have to do in Plymouth area, as if they have a problem with the booking, there is no phone number contact to use.

What do patients do who do not have a smartphone or desktop PC?

I had a problem today finding an appropriate date online and would have preferred to speak to somebody.
