About: Causeway Hospital / Endoscopy Pre Assessment Unit Causeway Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as the patient),

Was booked in for a double procedure with Lee the nurse endoscopist who performed the procedure with some sedation. He was calm and slick and reassuring, available to answer questions and very good at his job. The pre assessment nurse Frances and the theatre nurse Phillipa were both lovely and kind and made the process go both quickly and smooth without any embarrassment. The prep and pre-op done by Gail went well and the Plenvu solution was very tolerable and worked well. Anyone getting this done, do not be nervous and the care in Causeway was excellent
