"Journey through Mental Health rehbilitation Services"

I liked moving to the rehab ward because it was more peaceful that the  acute ward I had been staying in. I enjoyed the activities offered, arts and crafts, Fibrecraft, cooking and shopping. I was reassured by the nursing staff and the Occupational Therapy staff. The Occupational Therapy staff ran the activities and I enjoyed them.  I learned knew skills like knitting and cross stitch, new recipes in menu planning, that I now cook independently, this was something I struggled with previously. The Glencairn unit is a  great service because of the expertise of the professionals working there. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needed it.
