"We are very thankful for the service"

My daughter has recently been seen by the Clydesdale neuro team, although we waited just over 4 years to have our initial appointment, I could not be happier with the service that we received, from my first initial contact with Rachel where she was understanding and supportive, but mostly importantly made me feel heard as a parent.

We received 3 separate assessment appointments, and I was kept updated at all times and always knew what the next step would be. We had our final appointment recently, both Rachel and Neve were compassionate, kind, and had so many supports to offer.

We are very thankful for these lovely two ladies who made my daughter feel at ease and had lots of fun with her from the moment we met them. We are very thankful for the service.
