"Coil replacement"

Initially was seen at another SH clinic who couldn't find my threads. Follow up appointment was then booked for another month later. Decided to access walk in service in Stoke, first session with Anne provided me with so much ease who checked my coil and found my threads instantly. Anne is a credit to the clinic, she was so thorough and really informative about the coils and what to look for in the future in relation to Menopause. Was then booked in that afternoon for a coil change and doctor Williams was very efficient in the removal of coil and fitting of new coil. Minimal discomfort upon insertion. The service from start to finish at Meir was outstanding! And also saved me waiting a month so thank you!
