"Very professional and empathetic"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Oral surgery

(as the patient),

I had my tooth removed at Grantham Hospital. I have a lovely lady looking after me when I initially got there earlier than I should. They all made me feel absolutely relaxed and comfortable. Very professional and empathetic with me having bad anxiety and panic attacks this made me feel so relaxed straight away and calm. They got me straight in and out of surgery and all the surgery team was spectacular! Firstly introducing themselves then explaining everything. Brilliant service and would highly recommend they made me feel so calm, couldn't thank them enough! Thanks again for everything!
